Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure the project. Final deliverables will only be released once the full payment has been received.

5. REVISIONS & FEEDBACK

Revisions are provided according to the agreed project scope. Requests outside the original agreement may be subject to additional fees. Clear and timely feedback ensures we stay aligned and on schedule.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In some cases, we collaborate with trusted partners for specialized services (such as development, animation, or copywriting). While we ensure quality, Bleau Studio® is not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms or vendors.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Any information shared with Bleau Studio® during a project will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the work. We respect your privacy and your trust.

8. LIABILITY

Bleau Studio® is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services, website, or deliverables. Our responsibility is limited to the scope outlined in the project agreement.

9. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate a project in writing. In such cases, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits remain non-refundable.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Bleau Studio® operates. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local regulations.
